§ 76.16 REGULATING PARKING AT MUNICIPAL PARK ENTRANCES.
   (A)   Parking at the entrances to the Mt. Healthy Municipal Park by other than the residents of properties abutting the park is prohibited.
   (B)   The entrances to the park which are affected by this chapter are those entrances at Hill and Joseph, at Hill and Perry, at Hickman and Adams and at Perry and Hastings.
