§ 76.13 TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING IN MUNICIPAL LOTS.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any city parking lot for a period of more than 72 consecutive hours.
   (B)   Any vehicle parked in violation of this section may be removed at the owner's expense and liability.
