   In addition to the require ments of this subchapt er, all development in the Recreational District shall meet the applicable requirements as listed elsewhere in this Code:
   (A)   General provisions, see Subchapter 155.09.
   (B)   Conditional use requirements, see Subchapter 155.10.
   (C)   Parking and loading, see Subchapter 155.11.
   (D)   Signs, see Subchapter 155.12.
   (E)   Site plan review requirements, see Subchapter 155.13.
