§ 37.05 HOLIDAYS AND PERSONAL DAYS.
   The following benefits shall be provided to all full-time (2080 hours per year) employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, unless otherwise specifically provided by ordinance.
   (A)   Full-time (2080 hours per year) employees shall be entitled to the following holidays and personal days at full pay.
      (1)   New Year’s Day.
      (2)   Memorial Day.
      (3)   Independence Day.
      (4)   Labor Day.
      (5)   Thanksgiving Day.
      (6)   Christmas Day.
   (B)   Scheduled personal days:*
      (1)   Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
      (2)   President’s Day.
      (3)   Good Friday (one-half day).
      (4)   Columbus Day.
      (5)   The day after Thanksgiving Day.
      (6)   December 24 (one-half day).
      (7)   December 31 (one-half day).
   *It is presumed that employees will use a personal day on the dates indicated above. However, if an employee chooses to use a personal day on a different date, two weeks notice must be given to the employee’s supervisor or designee.
