§ 37.03 INSURANCE BENEFITS.
   The following benefits shall be provided to all full-time (2080 hours per year) employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, unless otherwise specifically provided by ordinance.
   (A)   The city shall provide full-time (2080 hours per year) employees hospitalization and major medical insurance under Employers Health Insurance policy or similar.
   (B)   Should a full-time (2080 hours per year) employee desire hospitalization and major medical insurance for his or her spouse and dependent children, the city shall pay 75% of the additional premium for the employee’s policy. The employee shall, through regular payroll deductions, contribute 25% of the additional premium.
   (C)   The city shall provide dental insurance for all full-time (2080 hours per year) employees, paid in full by the City of Mt. Healthy.
   (D)   The city shall provide a group life insurance policy to a surviving spouse, other designated beneficiary, or the estate of a full-time (2080 hours per year) employee in the amount of $20,000.
