§ 37.02 ADOPTION OF CDL ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY.
   The city hereby adopts a policy for CDL Alcohol and Drug Testing upon the terms set out in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 95-1180, passed 12-19-95. The policy is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety and incorporated into this code of ordinances as if fully set forth herein.
