§ 153.35 HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS.

306.1 General. Shall be maintained per the code requirements at the time of installation, but in no case shall they be allowed to devolve into a state of disrepair.

Exception: Guards shall not be required where exempted by the adopting building code.
