§ 150.107 CIVIL PROCEEDINGS.
   Whenever the Chief Building Official, or any other officer, charged with the enforcement of this Building Code, is satisfied that any provision he is charged to enforce, or any law in the incorporated City of Mt. Healthy applicable to the subject matter herein, has been violated, or that any order or direction made, in pursuance of the enforcement of this Building Code, has not been complied with, or is being disregarded, and whenever civil proceedings are necessary, in the enforcement of said Building Code or laws, to restrain or correct the violations thereof, or to prevent the occupancy or use of any building that is being constructed, altered, or maintained in violation of this Building Code, he shall apply to the City Law Director, who is hereby authorized to institute civil proceedings. Such civil proceedings shall be brought in the name of the City of Mt. Healthy, provided, however, that nothing in this Building Code and no action taken thereunder, shall be held to exclude such criminal proceedings as may be authorized by this Building Code, or any laws, or resolutions, in force in the City of Mt. Healthy, or to exempt anyone violating this Building Code, or any part of the said laws, from any penalty which may be incurred.
