§ 150.101 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

(A) Authority. In the discharge of his duties, the Chief Building Official, or his authorized representative, shall have the authority to enter at any reasonable time, or anytime demanded by circumstances, any building, structure, or premises in the interest of enforcing the provisions of this Building Code.

(B) Official identification. The Chief Building Official, or his authorized representative, shall display his official identification whenever requested.
