§ 150.067 INSPECTION REPORTS.
   All inspection reports shall be in writing and certified by the public inspector, or by the person or a responsible member of the service, making the inspection. A label or recognized mark of approval permanently fixed to a product indicating that the factory inspection has been made shall be accepted in lieu of any written report required above.
