§ 150.060 INSPECTIONS TO BE MADE; RECORDS.
   Before issuing a permit for the construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, removal, demolition, or change of use of any building, structure, or site, the Chief Building Official may examine or cause to be examined any or all such buildings, structures and sites in connection with which an application has been filed for such a permit. He shall conduct or cause to be conducted such inspections from time to time during, and upon completion of, the work for which he issues such permits as he may deem necessary to determine that the work is in accordance with the requirements of this Building Code and the approved drawings and specifications; and he shall maintain a record of all such examinations and inspections and of all violations of this Building Code.
