§ 150.036 RESIDENT HOME OWNER EXCEPTION.
   These provisions shall not be interpreted to require that the owner of a single-family dwelling shall be registered to personally perform work for the premises occupied or to be occupied by the owner thereof on such owner’s established residence. All such work shall be done in conformity with the provisions of this Building Code and rules or regulations promulgated thereunder and no work shall be done unless all permits, inspections, and approvals required by this Building Code are secured.
