(A) Every application for a building permit for a new structure to be built on a lot not having sidewalks along the front lot line shall include plans and specifications for sidewalks along said front lot line.
(B) It shall be the duty of the Chief Building Official to enforce this regulation.
(C) As used in this section, SIDEWALK shall mean a concrete walkway built in accordance with sidewalk specifications as contained in the subdivision regulations as adopted by the city. Grades for sidewalks must be established or approved by the City Engineer.
