(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City of Mt. Healthy, the Ohio Building Code (OBC) as the current edition adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in division 4101.2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.), for application to all buildings specified in O.A.C. 4101:2-105.
(B) The Building Code, as well as the Mechanical Code, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and as amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, are hereby incorporated fully herein as if set out at length.

(C) A complete copy of each code adopted in this section is on file with the Clerk for inspection by the public and also on file in the law library of the county, and the Clerk has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
