(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 731.231, the City of Mt. Healthy hereby adopts by reference and incorporates the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to its authority under R.C. § 3781.10. This Code shall regulate the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of residential dwellings, specifically all one-, two- and three-family dwellings in the City of Mt. Healthy. The Residential Code of Ohio shall be enforced by the City of Mt. Healthy from and after the effective date of the passage of this section.
(B) The Residential Code, as well as the Mechanical Code, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and as amended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, are hereby incorporated fully herein as if set out at length.

(C) A complete copy of each code adopted in this section is on file with the Clerk for inspection by the public and also on file in the law library of the county, and the Clerk has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
