The purpose of this Building Code is to provide a minimum standard, basic and uniform series of regulations for buildings, structures, their service equipment and accessory structures which shall establish reasonable safeguards for the safety, health and welfare of the occupants, users, the general public and the property within the corporate geographic limits of the City of Mt. Healthy, State of Ohio.
