§ 150.001 TITLE.
   (A)   This chapter including its full contents and all referenced materials, shall be known and may be cited as the Mt. Healthy City Building Code and shall be hereinafter referred to as “this Building Code.”
   (B)   These regulations are adopted and ordained by the Council of the City of Mt. Healthy, The State of Ohio.
   (C)   All prior ordinances pertaining to the subjects covered by this chapter, shall be hereby deemed repealed from and after the effective date of this chapter.
