§ 35.03 COUNCIL MAY PURCHASE ENGINES AND EQUIPMENT.
   The Council may purchase for the use of the Fire Department, necessary fire engines and such other equipment deemed necessary for the extinguishment of fires, and establish fire alarm systems within the limits of the municipality.
