955.05 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PROHIBITED IN PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND PARKING AREAS.

(a) No commercial vehicle shall be permitted in the Village parks, recreational facilities, or parking areas. Exceptions will be Village employees, contractors hired by the Village to perform work in the area, persons making legitimate deliveries or Village trash pickups.

(b) Other exceptions will be food trucks hired for specific occasions.
