(a) The hours of operation of the swimming pool shall be determined at the beginning of each swimming season. There will be later evening hours for special occasions to be scheduled with the pool management and confirmed by the Mayor of the Village or his or her designee.
(b) The hours for all other recreation facilities will be 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. unless there are special events lasting later in the evening. These are to be cleared with the president of the baseball and softball commission or other person in charge and confirmed by the Mayor of the Village or his or her designee.
(c) The Mount Gilead Police Department has the authority to have vehicles not complying with established hours towed at the owner's expense.
