913.14 MANHOLES.
   For manhole details see the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio Standards.
   (a)   Manholes are to be a maximum spacing of 300 feet.
   (b)   Manholes are required at junctions, changes in direction, changes in grade, and at the end of the sewer.
