(a) For the purpose of this section, "new street'' means any newly created (named) street and shall not include any street presently established as a street.
(b) Curbs shall be required for any new streets constructed within the Village and the curbs shall be subject to the following requirements:
(1) The curbing must consist of concrete, and the curbing must comply with Item 609 of Construction and Material Specifications Manual, Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, (Latest Edition) and the Village of Mount Gilead Standards.
(2) Prior to the commencement of construction of the curbing, the construction of the curbing must be approved by the Village Administrator.
