(a) All driveway approaches in the Village constructed or replaced after the effective date of this section shall be constructed as follows:
(1) Plain concrete (ODOT 452) (See Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio Standards).
(2) Minimum six (6) inch concrete construction.
(3) Minimum fourteen (14) feet in width at the curb.
(4) Minimum twelve (12) feet in width at the walk and be level with the walk.
(5) Minimum two (2) inch curb drop.
(6) Curb cuts must be performed using horizontal concrete saw equipment.
(7) A three (3) foot flair on each side of driveway shall be provided.
(b) All driveway approaches of new construction or replacement shall be inspected and approved by the Service Coordinator and/ or Village Administrator.
