All public sidewalks as constructed in the Village shall be constructed according to the width, line and grade established by the Service Coordinator and the Village Administrator, and shall be either:
(a) All concrete will be installed in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications Manual Item 608 and Item 705.03.
(b) Where portions of the sidewalk for either subsections (a) or (b) above are used for driveways, the concrete course shall not be less than six (6) inches.
(c) Thickness in residential drives and eight (8) inches thick in non-residential drives. Where fill is required material shall be cinders, sand or screening.
(d) Handicap ramps will be installed at all intersections or street crossings. (See Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio Standard Details).
