(a) Fire Chief.
(1) The Fire Chief shall be classified as a full-time or part-time employee under Chapter 151 of the codified ordinances for the Village, who shall continue in office until removed from office as provided by Ohio R.C. 733.35 to 733.39.
(b) The Combined Fire Department shall be composed of the following officers an members:
(1) A maximum of eight officers and a chaplain.
(2) Each member and officer of the Combined Fire Department shall receive, for each fire call answered, an amount to be determined by the Council annually. Fractional hours shall count as full hours.
