(a) Fees may be charged for supplies used and for the replacement of any turnout gear or other equipment damaged during an extrication, vehicle fire and/or accident and structure fires. Fee schedules will be kept on file in the office of the Fiscal Officer.
(b) The Fire Chief or his or her designee shall provide administration of the billing process, and in that capacity will use discretion in the pursuit of unpaid bills. Funds received shall be deposited in the Fire Fund of the Village.
