(a) There is hereby adopted by the Village of Mount Gilead, the 2011 Ohio Fire Code (OFC) as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, effective November 1, 2011, and as published in Division 1301:7-7-01 through 1301:7-7-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
(b) At least three copies of the Fire Prevention Code adopted herein are on file with the Village Fiscal Officer for the inspection by the public and the Village Fiscal Officer shall provide copies for distribution to the public at cost.
