1330.06 MANUFACTURED HOME PLAN/PERMIT PROCEDURE.
   (a)   Application for a permit to place a mobile home is to be completed and filed in the Village Administrator's office. Application and plans will be submitted to the Planning Commission for review and approval. The following items must be submitted to the Village Administrator:
      (1)   Plot plan: Two copies and drawn to scale. The plot plan must show the location of the manufactured home on the lot with the location of pads or runners and any deck or porches. Poured concrete footing and concrete block foundation is recommended for mobile home. To prevent heaving, the base of pads or runners must be a minimum of thirty-six inches below ground level, and pads must be a minimum of twenty-four inches wide by twenty-four inches long and the maximum spacing between pads shall not exceed ten feet.
      (2)   Location of electrical pedestal.
      (3)   Location of tie downs.
      (4)   Diagrams of the manufactured home.
      (5)   Lot must be staked to show all corners of the home plus any addition, i.e. garages, based upon a certificate survey.
      (6)   Type of skirting must be specified, approved and maintained.
   (b)   The application, a copy of the certified surveyor's report, and the plans will be submitted to the Planning Commission for review and approval. Any question regarding the procedure for obtaining approval of the permit should be directed to the Village Administrator. Upon approval of the plans and permit application one set of plans and signed Building Permit will be returned to the applicant. The permit must be displayed at the job site.
   (c)   After the permit has been approved by the Planning Commission, the applicant will proceed as follows:
      (1)   The pads, runners, or foundation will be inspected upon completion and before the home is set.
