1330.03 PERMITTED USES FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES.

No land shall be used or occupied and no structure shall be designed, erected, altered, or used except for either one or both of the following permitted uses.

(a) Dwelling; one-family, prefabricated type of manufactured home.

(b) Schools or academic instruction.
