(a) No land within the corporation limits of the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio shall be developed, improved or used for the establishment of a manufactured home site.
(b) The Planning Commission for the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio, if it should so desire, may establish a new zone within the municipality to be known as a manufactured home park district. Final approval for the manufactured home park district must be given by a majority vote of Council.
(c) Manufactured home parks that are now in existence within the corporate limits of the Village of Mount Gilead, Ohio. These parks will not be required to comply with this code section so long as they are in compliance with all state and federal regulations. However, any expansion or alterations of those parks must comply with these regulations.
