1329.05 VARIANCES; APPEALS.

Persons wishing a variance from the provisions of this chapter may apply to the Board of Zoning Appeals for such variance. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the authority to grant such variances. Appeals of the Board's decisions regarding variances shall be made to the Village Council. A two-thirds majority vote by the Council is required for a reversal of a decision by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
