1329.02 PROHIBITED DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION.
   (a)   No land within the Village of Mount Gilead shall be developed, improved or used for the establishment of a mobile or modular home site.
   (b)   All manufactured homes, mobile homes and modular homes are prohibited within the Village. Only stick-built traditional construction dwellings will be permitted.
