(a) If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge invalid any provision of this Code, such judgment shall not affect any other provision hereof not specificallyincluded in said judgment.
(b) Further, if any court shall adjudge invalid the application of any provision hereof to a particular property, such judgment shall not affect the application of said provision to any other property not specifically included in said judgment.
