(a) Signs.All signs in the Design Improvement Area shall be subject to the restrictions on number, face area, height, maintenance, location, illumination and other items provided in Chapter 1325.
(b) Display Windows.To preserve and enhance the retail viability of the main retail blocks Downtown, no less than fifty percent of each ground floor front facade that faces a public street of every new building in the Downtown Commercial District shall be in transparent windows. No existing building that meets this requirement onthe effective date of this Code shall be so altered that it no longer complies with this provision.
(c) Landscaping and Screening.Landscaping and screening shall be required in off-street parking areas, refuse disposal areas, outdoor storage areas and other locations as provided in the Village Zoning Code.
