1327.11 AMENDMENTS.

The Village Council may amend this Code from time to time. Procedures for amendment of the boundaries of the Design Improvement Area or the Downtown Commercial District shall be as established for map amendments (rezonings) under the Village Zoning Code. Procedures for all other amendments shall be as establishedfor text amendments in the Village Zoning Code.
