1325.05 VARIANCES; APPEALS.

(a) Persons wishing a variance from the provisions of this chapter may apply to the Village Administrator for such variance. The Village Administrator shall have the authority to grant such variances.

(b) Appeals of the Village Administrator's decision regarding sign variances shall be made to Village Council. A two-thirds majority vote is required for passage.
