1324.04 FINE AND FORFEITURE.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a forfeiture of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus costs of prosecution, including reasonable attorney's fees. Each day the violation exists/continues shall be considered as a separate offense.
