1323.04 DUTY OF OWNERS AND TENANTS.

The owner of any building within the Village, and each tenant occupying any such building or any portion thereof, shall each be responsible for providing numbers and displaying the same as required by this chapter. The owner shall be responsible for the entire building, and the tenant shall be responsible for the portion thereof occupied by him or her.
