No person shall demolish any dwelling, building used for business or any other building in the corporation limits, including accessory buildings, without first obtaining a permit from the Administrator. The permit shall set forth the name of the person, firm or corporation who will perform the demolition and removal of debris, and also the name of the owner of the structure to be razed.
