All lots contained in Northwood Subdivision are sold subject to all easements or rights of way for sewers, water lines, telephone lines, electric lines and other utilities, as shown on the plat thereof, and the right to cut down or trim any trees, whether within or without such easements, that may interfere with the installation or operation of the lines. The easements shall be kept free of all interfering obstructions.
