No trailer, tent, basement, garage or other temporary building shall be placed or constructed on any lot for use or used for living quarters. Weeds shall be cut and the entire premises kept neat and clean. No outdoor toilet shall ever be erected or maintained on any lot in Northwood Subdivision. No noxious or offensive trade or use shall be conducted, carried on or permitted on any lot in Northwood Subdivision.
