1311.07 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person, firm or corporation shall construct or install a swimming pool or make any alteration therein or in the appurtenances thereof without having first submitted an application and plans therefore to the Mayor for action by Council.

1311.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor on the first offense and each subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day the offense is allowed to continue shall be a separate offense.
