1305.07 ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATIONS.

Additions or modifications to existing house trailers shall not be permitted. This portion of the Building Code applies to trailers not in a trailer camp or trailer park licensed by the State of Ohio. This section does not preclude the repairs or routine maintenance on any applicable existing house trailer.
