1117.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish design principles and standards whicha subdivider shall be required to follow in the layout of a subdivision. The principles and standards provided in this chapter shall be carried out in compliance with these Regulations, other regulations of the State and specifications for each of the various improvements that may be required by the Village Engineer.
