1111.03 AUTHORITY; JURISDICTION.
   (a)   Authority. These Regulations have been adopted under authority of Ohio R.C. Chapter 711.
   (b)   Jurisdiction. These Regulations shall be applicable to all subdivision of land within the incorporated area of the Village.
