937.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 937.02(a) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). For each subsequent offense, whoever violates Section 937.02(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 937.08(c) shall be assessed the fee stated in that subsection and shall not be subject to any other penalty, but such false alarms shall be included for purposes of Section 937.07.
