(a) All subscribers shall receive garbage and refuse service at a frequency of once a week.
(b) Each subscriber shall be charged a monthly rate which shall be established by Council. The following are hereby fixed as the fair, proportional, and reasonable rates for the collection of garbage per month:

Commercial $26.50
Commercial 2 yard $47.50
Commercial 4 yard $68.50
Commercial 6 yard $78.50
Residential/commercial $41.50
Residential/commercial 2 $55.50
Residential $15.50
Residential 2 units $30.50
Residential 3 units $45.50
Residential 4 units $60.50
Residential 5 units $75.50
Residential 6 units $90.50
Residential 7 units $105.50
Residential 20 units $254.50
Residential 71 units $724.70
