921.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the rules and procedures described in this chapter are:
   (a)   To provide instructions for use of the Septage Receiving Facility (SRF).
   (b)   To provide the maximum environmental benefit possible with this new SRF.
   (c)   To prevent the introduction of pollutants into the wastewater that will interfere with the normal operation of the system or contaminate the resulting sludge.
   (d)   To prevent the introduction of pollutants into the wastewater that do not receive adequate treatment in the Village Wastewater Treatment Facility, and which will pass through the system into receiving waters, the sludge, or the atmosphere, or otherwise be incompatible with the system.
   (e)   To explain contaminant limits for hauled wastewater discharged into the SRF.
   (f)   To explain the charges for discharge into the SRF which defray capital, operating and administrative costs of the system.
   (g)   To enable the Village to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in its operation of the SRF, including regulated effluent limitations, national standards of performance, toxic and pretreatment effluent standards, or any other regulated operating criteria.
