913.11 DOWNSPOUT CONNECTIONS TO SANITARY SEWER PROHIBITED.

No person shall connect, cause to be connected or permit the continuance of any connection of any downspout or any other rain water drainage device to the Village sanitary sewer system or any part thereof.
