913.04 RATE OF INFILTRATION.
   All new sanitary sewers shall be constructed in such a watertight manner that the amount of water other than sanitary sewage, termed infiltration, shall not exceed 500 gallons per inch of pipe diameter per mile of sewer during a twenty-four hour period. The Village Administrator may, at his discretion, perform such tests by such methods that he feels advisable to determine the rate of infiltration.
